How to ask for a refund

Email hello@barrymcgee.co.uk within 7 days of purchase, from or quoting the email address you bought with. You do not need to give a reason.

How refunds are paid

We refund the full amount you paid to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Once we have issued the refund, how soon it appears on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
